Praise from other work:

True Crime is exemplary in its concision and economy… monologues, and brief acerbic observations… implies so much more than it says.’ – Alan Baker, Litterbug

‘Julie Lumsden’s True Crime is a tour de force, with a different voice on every page… closes with intense, short poems, often with a brooding dark comedy… a collection of verve and vision.’ Alison Brackenbury, PNR

‘Julie Lumsden…a crisp and subtly shifting voice.’ Philip Gross, Poetry News
